An essential method of determining your pet's health is via blood testing. We do blood tests prior to surgery to assess your pet's ability to cope with anesthesia and eliminate any medications that may be in their system. We carefully assess the health of our patients' internal organs, such as their kidneys and liver, prior to surgery. The best blood test for your pet depends depend on its age, health, medical history, and lifestyle.
Additionally, we provide blood test sets to senior cats in order to monitor their health over time. Early illness detection is often preferable than later treatment. Because cats are adept at masking pain and suffering, their owners sometimes fail to notice changes in their health. Take your cat to the vet once a year to avoid being taken off guard. Most cats should begin these examinations at age six.
